Attention All Golf Sales Professionals:
The Northern Texas PGA invites you to be affiliated with the Section by joining the Professional Golf Salesman’s Association (PGSA). The cost for membership is $30.00.
The following benefits will be provided to members of the Professional Golf Salesman’s Association in 2010:
• Your name, contact numbers, e-mail and product listings will be included in the NTPGA Member Handbook that is on-line at ntpga.com. In addition the handbook will be printed in a 5½ x 8 layout for your convenience. The handbook will be mailed to you in March.
• This year, as before, the NTPGA will update our facility and membership directory on-line twice a month to provide you with the most current information that we have available. Simply visit www.ntpga.com and click on NTPGA Handbook for this information.
• PGSA Members will continue to receive our weekly update Fore Thoughts that includes information on job changes, new facilities, newly elected members/apprentices, milestones reached by golf professionals, additions to families, tournament results, etc….
• The Northern Texas PGA will serve as a communication hub for the PGSA by maintaining an updated database. In addition, the NTPGA will coordinate up to three annual mailers on behalf of the PGSA.
• The deadline for registration into the PGSA is WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 17 AT 5:00 P.M. for publishing purposes. The PGSA will welcome members after this date; however, they may not be included in the Northern Texas PGA Member Handbook. New members and changes will be updated in the on-line Northern Texas PGA Member Handbook.
• Your dues will be collected and managed by the Northern Texas PGA in cooperation with PGSA President, Scott McNeal. They will be used to cover the applicable costs related to the Member Handbook, applicable mailings as well as other miscellaneous expenses including special gifts (i.e. flowers/funerals).
