Adam Meyer, Waco, Texas opened the event with a round of 65 (-7) to claim a one shot lead over Matthew Rosenfeld, Plano, Texas and Edward Loar, Dallas, Texas after day one. Scott Sikes, Bedford, Texas, Gene Playo, Dallas, Texas and Jonathan May, Wichita, Kansas rounded out the top five. Cold temperatures and high wind made scoring conditions difficult on day two which yielded only two sub par rounds by Scott Sikes, Bedford, Texas, 70 (-2) and Will Dodson, Dallas, Texas, 71 (-1). Sikes parlayed two sub par rounds to edge out the competition and capture his first NTPGA Players Tour title with rounds of 67-70 for a two round total of 137 (-7). The $2,340.00 payday bumped Sikes into fifth position on the money list with his season earnings. Matthew Rosenfeld started the week in third place on the money list and ended it by claiming the money title on the NTPGA Players Tour after his second place finish brought his season earnings to $5,238.00. Rosenfeld's impressive season included two second place finishes, one third place finish and one eighth place finish. His play was strong enough to eclipse Edward Loar by only $290.00. Loar's resume included a victory at the season opening NTPGA Players Tour event at Stonebridge Ranch Country Club (Hills Course).
